Electronic music icon, A-Trak, impresses per usual with his latest release “Believe” featuring Quavo and Lil Yachty. A-Trak capitalizes on the latest trends in music recruiting two of the more recently notable hip-hop artists in the game. Lil Yachty has developed a major following for his hysterical personality and his absurd music videos such as “Minnesota” and “Broccoli”. Quavo has seen exponential growth after creating Migos and since has collaborated with the likes of Major Lazer and DJ Khaled. The three artist have come together to create “Believe” which captures each of their unique styles perfectly.

The production from A-Trak shows his versatility being able to work with any sound and contribute his subtle creative touch. The verses from both Lil Yachty and Quavo are exactly what you’d hope and they complement each other extremely well. “Believe” is an incredibly catchy song that anyone can find themselves dancing to… A perfect summer song. Enjoy!

Tyler, The Creator's much-anticipated new album Flower Boy is here! Leading up to the project, Tyler was 3/3 on the outstanding singles he previously released: "Who Dat Boy (feat. A$AP Rocky)," "911/Mr. Lonely (feat. Frank Ocean & Anna of the North)," and "Boredom."

Tyler, The Creator's fourth studio album, Flower Boy, continues the summer vibes brought from the singles and creates an immediately enjoyable project. The final product is an impressive album from the 26-year-old artist and among some of the best music he's ever made. It takes the melodic parts out his last album Cherry Bomb and combines them with the clever lyrics, rhyming schemes, and imagery he is known for.

In addition to the featured artists on the singles, the album features Lil Wayne, Kali Uchis, Jaden Smith, Estelle, and more. Through all the additions, Tyler still stands at the forefront of the album and carries it from start to end. The seventh track "Garden Shed" uses a metaphor for being in the closet and fans have speculated this song is him coming out, backed up by other lyrics on the album referencing this. Regardless of if this album acts as a personal statement or a collection of songs for fans to relate to, this is one we'll be listening to all year. Enjoy!

Parisian multi-instrumentalist FKJ is undoubtedly one of the most talented musicians in the game. He’s had quite the busy summer, recently sharing two live videos – one of him performing his track “Die With A Smile” with the backdrop of an aquarium and the other, his more recent live collaboration with Masego, “Tadow." Tie these in with his debut album “French Kiwi Juice,” and FKJ has already taken the world by storm in the first half of 2017.

Now FKJ has joined forces with fellow musicians Wayne Snow, Darius, and Crayon to form a full band called The Nightbirds, which he says performs “improvised music.” Their first session is out today via Roche Musique, consisting of three songs: “Midnight Run,” “Gonna Be Alright,” and “Goodbye.” The first track transitions seamlessly into the next, with all three maintaining a chill and trippy downtempo vibe. Stream below:

Moreover, FKJ recently curated a “Mini Mixtape” for BBC Radio, in which he discusses his musical background and influences. He shows us some of his favorites, including music from Mild High Club and Aretha Franklin, and he makes sure to throw in a couple of his own tracks too. It’s evident that FKJ is a Jack-of-all-trades, and his talents shine in his latest material. We can be sure that he won’t be slowing down anytime soon. Brasstracks have been a favorite here at TSIS for quite some time – so much so that we had the honor of hosting them at our TSIS Beach Stage at Okeechobee Music & Art Festival earlier this year; you can watch a recap of that here. Since then, Brasstracks have continued to be busy, releasing their cover of Lil Uzi Vert’s “XO TOUR Llif3” less than two weeks ago. Now they’re back again with a huge single called “Fever.”

“Fever” showcases Brasstracks’ funky style with both chill brass progressions and high-energy breakdowns. Hip-hop-style drums cut through the soulful instrumentals, which continue to build with subtle claps and hi-hats. The track breaks down with a barrage of horns that form deep undertones as well as bright, lead melodies, with an organ and distorted vocals tying it all together. “Fever” will have you grooving away the rest of the summer without a care in the world. Listen below and enjoy!

20-year-old future bass producer Zach Burgett, aka Prismo, has proven to be a force to be reckoned with in the electronic music scene. On top of his quality production and intricate songwriting, he also sings on the majority of his tracks. Today we have the pleasure of premiering his latest release “Smile,” which stays true to his unique sound.

“Smile” begins with Burgett’s soulful vocals overlaying deep, atmospheric piano. The energy quickly builds before he breaks things down with echoed, sputtering chords and reverberating plucks. Prismo drops the track once more with higher energy, bringing in double time drums as his vocals continue in the distance.

Prismo had this to say about the tune:

"Smile is about being a source of comfort for your loved ones. "Smile, you're with me now" --- you don't have anything to worry about! I wanted this song to show off the bones of the vocal and music production while staying loud and groovy. I'm continuously feeling more confident with my vocal presence in my music and I'm so excited to showcase that with this new song!"

“Smile” makes for a perfect addition to Prismo’s collection of quality bass music. Grab it now via Lowly Palace, listen below, and enjoy!

Last year we were highly impressed by rising vocalist Reva DeVito’s The Move EP that scored some amazing production by Kaytranada, Com Truise and more. Now the talented vocalist has teamed up with L.A.-based producer B. Bravo for a collaborative project called Umii, and they’ve shared a new 8-Track EP titled This Time we’re excited to be sharing with you.

Reva DeVito’s extra smooth voice would sound incredible over just about any production, and B. Bravo does not disappoint on the instrumentals as Salva actually offers co-production on “The One”. The entire project is a smooth, sexy listen from start to finish without any skippable tracks. DeVito and Bravo show an undeniable chemistry on the project that showcases their versatility as they include soulful, catchy tracks with funky live instrumentation, some more dance leaning tracks as well as some straight R&B slow jams that hit just right.  “Dangerous” is an early standout, but I love the entire EP so be sure to listen to the whole project. Does Malaa really exist? Is the person behind the mask some kind of enigmatic superproducer? Is Malaa Tchami and DJ Snake’s side project? No one can say for sure, but does it really even matter? From ridiculously infectious singles such as “Bylina” and "Belleville" to highly anticipated ‘Who is Malaa’ mixes, all that really matters at this point is that Malaa is a powerhouse of a producer, and today they’ve reconfirmed it yet again with a new single titled “Paris 96’”.

Malaa’s latest offering is a refreshing mixup of funk, house and soul that’s sure to get the dancefloor moving. From the start, Malaa dials in the old school vibes, blending some hard-hitting drums in with a sample from René & Angela’s “I Love You More”. Around the 1:36 mark, Notorious B.I.G. fans are sure to notice a sample from Biggy and Jay-Z’s “I Love the Dough” (which also samples René & Angela’s 1981 hit), before the track jumps into a old school funk-inspired bridge. Action Bronson Shares "The Chairman's Intent" Off Upcoming Album + Entertaining Video

Action Bronson has just announced the release date for his long awaited new album, and has given fans a new single to tide them over until it drops. Blue Chips 7000, the third (and final) in his Blue Chips series, will be released through Vice Records on August 25th. The album will include the previously released single "Let Me Breathe," and this brand new track "The Chairman's Intent" he just shared with an entertaining music video. These two songs have us very excited to hear the full project.

The Harry Fraud-produced track has Action Bronson coming out swinging over a 70's guitar riff, delivering clever lines in his raspy voice. He barely lets up throughout the duration of the track, stopping just for short choruses. The single comes paired with a new music video that fits the aesthetic of the song perfectly. It features him as the star of a 70's kung fu movie where we see him fighting, hang gliding, and running from explosions, all while loud, intentionally cheesy sound effects play over the track.

His new album is up for pre-order on his site now, which include multiple bundles - one being an intimate $5000 dinner with the man himself. The album has him rapping over beats from the three producers that work best with him: Harry Fraud, Party Supplies, and The Alchemist. Check out the video below and look out for the full project next month. Enjoy!

In honor of Shark Week, Jauz has uploaded two tracks already this week including a remix of Lil Uzi Vert’s “XO TOUR Llif3” and a bootleg of Skrillex’s remix of Chase & Status’ “International”. Today, he is continuing the momentum with two additional tracks. One being a new version of his collaboration with Crankdat “I Hold Still” with an additional feature from Slushii. The second is a remix of Skepta’s track “Man”

The original version of the track “I Hold Still” dropped two weeks ago. The new version varies slightly with additional elements including infectious vocal chops throughout. The Skepta remix is up-tempo, energetic and bass heavy revolving around the grime artist’s distinct vocals. Jauz has been consistently dropping unique and quality content and these two most recent tracks certainly withhold that reputation. Enjoy!
